This is a really nice and easy scrub!

It’s an excellent body and face scrub. This scrub is Great when you need a quick pick me-up, it will leave your skin Soft, Fresh and Smooth!

Lemon and lime are the best treatment for oily skin. Their juice contains citric acid, which can neutralize and control the secretion of oil on oily skin. Has the ability to effectively reduce pimples. The acid kills harmful bacteria that cause acne and reduces scarring.

Using it with Honey it’s a Great combination because it has antibacterial properties and can restore the moisture balance of the skin. Honey gives a natural glowing skin and also helps to reduce acne.

The next thing you should know is you must buy coconut oil! Is an awesome product great for many uses!

Ingredients :

  • 2 tablespoons lemon and lime ( you can also use one of them )
  • 1and a half cup Sugar
  •  3-4 tablespoons honey
  •  1/3 cup Coconut oil melted over low heat. ( Instead you can use another oil such as olive oil )
  • Optional: you can add 10 drops lime and 3-4 drops lemon essential oil

Method :

Sugar lemon-lime scrub will last for at least 7 months!

Mix all ingredients, except for the oil , in a large bowl. Gradually add olive until you reach the desired consistency.

Put in a pretty jar! And add a label.

To use: Apply scrub after Shower to damp skin using circular motions,  starting from the feet and gradually climbing upward . Wash off with warm water. Follow with moisturizer.

Caution: Don’t use body scrub on broken skin, or skin that is sun-burned or wind-burned.
