Bath Salts are Great and Beneficial for our body!
You will just need coarse sea salt, Epsom or Himalayan salts you will find in drugstores , baking soda , essential oils and food color .
In a large bowl mix : 6 parts coarse salt , 3 parts salt Epsomor Himalayan , to soothe tired muscles , 1 part baking soda to relieve skin irritation . Finally add a few drops of essential oils and optionally put food coloring in order to paint .
In fact if you put them in a nice package you can make and gift !
