You buy a bag of wholegrain rusks and you add imagination :
You can use everything you have in your pantry, I am university student and ofcourse i don’t have many ingreadients so i came with those two…
- 2 Wholegrain Rusks ( I prefer “Krispies” )
- 2 tsp of Honey
- 2 tsp of Flaxseed
- 1 tsp of Cinammon
And Milk , Tea or Hot Chocolate!!! ♥
Put the Honey then add the Flaxseed and a bit of Cinammon (If you Like), And you have a perfect nice healthy morning meal, very Nutritional too!!!♥
