Ιf your face look tired and swollen after drinks and clubbing the night before, try this natural mask that helps you regain your freshness and radiance.
You Need :
- 4 tsp ground Coffee Beans
- 4 tsp. sweet Cocoa Powder
- 8 tsp. Fresh Yogurt (alternatively you can use olive oil or pure coconut oil if you have dehydrated skin, putting half of the amount)
- 2 tsp. honey (if you have dry skin) or 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice (if you have oily skin)
- Mix coffee and cocoa in a bowl. Add the yogurt (or the oil that you selected) and blend until you get a rich texture. Add the honey, which is better to get a little warm up in a bain-marie, so it can be incorporated more easily into other ingredients of the mask).
- Apply on face and neck, gently massage in a circular motion and leave it for 15 minutes. Take a soft cloth, dampen it with warm water and start to remove the mask .
