Let’s look their basic principles which they confessed that faithfully follow:
- They eat small frequent meals : they never let their stomach to complain. Eat healthy snacks in between meals , such as fruit , vegetables or low fat yogurt . Prefer meals with pure protein . Avoid white bread and generally prefer the wholemeal.
- They worship salads …Before go for dinner or before a big event eat a salad rich with plenty of vegetables and of course without thickener dressings. Add a teaspoon of oil and vinegar or lemon .
- Drink plenty of water. They know that hydration is very important for our body.
- Exercise regularly : They do not negotiate. Exercised 4-6 times a week. Do not miss workouts and sweating for good. They know that if they are not tired they will not see results.
- They walk a lot and often go for jogging with friends and companions.
- The kitchen was closed : Forbidding yourself to eat late at night it’s the first main thing you should do. Their last meal is about 2-3 hours before bedtime.
- They eat green apples : Yes , it is their favorite fruit ,is satiating and without a lot of calories .
- Become fan of a sport: passionate about a type of exercise or a hobby !
